For those of you who are unfamiliar with Asian culture, this is how we boil water. In fact it's not even Asian, it's called living in the past. Glorious past. :) And the good thing is that my 3rd Uncle actually owns a charcoal factory. And that's how we have BBQ every year for Chinese New Year.

Those were the days of Charcoal... Man, I've not seen it like light years, and the smell, Fuh... unforgettable.

Good old charcoal days... I miss the flavour of food that was cooked with charcoal.
